Bob Dole
Bob Dole, CLU is Owner/Principal of Solution Driven Wealth, LLC a ‘Fiduciary’ abiding by the ‘best interests’ of his clients. Bob has been assisting individuals and small to medium size business owners for nearly 30 years. Bob’s practice has centered on retirement planning solutions, investment consulting, insurance consulting, as well as more complex tax and estate planning strategies. Bob also advises on group benefit markets, 401(k), 403(b), and other retirement plans designed for business owners, and understands how these plans integrate with an individual’s overall retirement and wealth strategy. Bob takes pride in getting to know his clients’ needs and objectives prior to making specific investment, tax, or insurance recommendations. He is deeply committed to his clients’ success.
Bob received his BS in Business Marketing in 1987 from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He was a founding member of the University Entrepreneurial Club. Bob holds numerous insurance and investment licenses, including: Series 24 (Principal), Series 7 (General Securities), and Series 65 (Investment Advisor Representative). Bob has received numerous awards including his firm’s Pinnacle Club, Chairman’s Council, and Royal Council. He is member of a number of Producer Groups that review a myriad of investment solutions and conduct ‘best practice and best interest’ assessments concerning asset and practice management.
Over the years, Bob has been involved in many community and charitable organizations. Bob and his family are members of Good Shepherd Church in Andover. Bob served as a member of Pope John XXIII High School’s Endowment Board of Trustees for 12 years and was a Member of its Finance Committee. Bob was involved in developing the Investment Policy Statement for the Endowment Fund. One of Bob’s passions is sports. Bob was co-captain of his High School Baseball team and received unanimous All-Area Honors. Bob also played Tight End on his undefeated High School Football team in Sparta. Bob coached for Lackawanna Little League for over 15 years and was a founding Member and President of a successful travel baseball program called AGX Baseball. Bob then became an assistant coach for the Hit N Run Outlaws, one of the most highly accomplished elite travel baseball teams in New Jersey. Bob has since stepped away from the Outlaws and now enjoys being a mentor to the organization. Bob resides in Andover Township, N.J. He also has a home in Long Beach Island, NJ. He is married to his wife Donna for 32 years and they have 4 sons and 1 grandson.

Marc David Edwards
Marc grew up in Long Island. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania, Marc spent seven years at TD Ameritrade, helping clients reach their financial goals. After learning what the fiduciary standard was, Marc decided to work on the institutional platform advising financial representatives to set this standard for their own practices. Once he had developed a vast knowledge of the financial field, Marc partnered with Bob to help spread the knowledge of the importance of financial planning while acting in a fiduciary standard. He currently works with families to ensure they are educated and have a plan for retirement.
At home, Marc has a beautiful wife, Chelsea, a dog named Murtaugh, and their oddball cat, Kida. In his spare time, Marc enjoys playing rugby, going golfing, hunting / fishing and boating with his family.

Anna Burbage
Anna was born in Los Angeles and spent her childhood in Manila, Philippines. At 14, she and her family migrated back to the US and settled in Millburn, NJ.
Anna completed her associates degree in business administration at Union County College in Cranford, NJ. She then spent several years in retail where she held management position at small boutiques, strengthening her customer service skills, meeting the stores’ sales goals, and managing loss prevention.
Anna then moved to the Banking Industry with First Union (Wells Fargo), overseeing a branch with $70,000,000 in deposits and managing eleven branch employees. She was responsible for her own sales goals as well as the branch's. She was the training manager for all incoming managers in the Morris/Warren area and helped colleagues fill open positions by interviewing potential candidates.
Anna later perused a degree in communications, graduating from College of Saint Elizabeth with High Honors. She received the Richard Keelty Communication Award and was inducted to Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communication Association Honor Society.
Anna married her husband Bill in 2000 and they currently reside in Livingston, NJ with their children Tyler and Kailey. They also have a furry child, a cockapoo named Cody. They love spending time together as a family. Anna and her family love traveling to different islands and around the US and learning about different cultures. The best part is trying international cuisines! It has been a tradition for the Burbage family to collect Christmas ornaments from the different places they visited, both intentional and domestic.
In her free time, Anna likes to cook and bake. She is known for baking 12 different types of cookies during Christmas (12 days of Christmas), a tradition she started when her children were young. She also loves to read novels especially during the Fall and Winter.
In February 2012, Anna started working for Bob Dole, CLU, founder of SDW, LLC as his administrative assistant. Anna has her Series 6 and NJ Life and Health Insurance license.

Kevin Dole
Kevin is a graduate of Pope John XXIII high school, and is currently attending the County College of Morris.
Kevin’s role at Solution Driven Wealth includes client applications, meeting prep, compliance interfaces, such as TR PREP and Reg BI, maintaining client data and mailings and supporting client events.
His personal interests include golf, baseball and football.

Lauren Cook
Lauren was born in New Jersey, where she was involved with her family’s coin business for many years. She graduated from Sarah Lawrence College and continued working with the family before starting her own firm. She oversees SDW’s communications to ensure clients are well educated and informed.
Lauren met her husband Phil in 1981, and they were penpals for six years, while they lived on separate continents. They are married 30 years and live with their cats in Mountainside.
Lauren has always been active in business organizations in leadership roles. She is a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks, where she serves as Secretary for the Summit NJ Lodge. Lauren has been involved with fundraising for many years for environmental, animal welfare and Diabetes charities. She is an avid hiker and cyclist and an accomplished singer.
